All completed drawings, reports, and calculation packages are delivered by email in PDF format. Files are PE-stamped with a digital seal and signature. Physical (wet-stamped) copies are available upon request and can be mailed or available for pick-up. Most building departments and utilities accept digital PE-stamped documents.
We stand behind our work. If your building department issues reasonable plan review comments requiring revisions to drawings we prepared, we address those comments promptly at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure your project gets permitted without unnecessary delays. We remain available for follow-up throughout the permitting process.

PE stamped drawings, solar structural letters, load bearing wall analysis, retaining wall design, and permit packages can often be delivered without a site visit. When an on-site inspection is required (foundation inspection, structural evaluation), we'll let you know upfront.
